Returns
This policy is a separate summary of sections 5 and 6 of the Terms of Service of SIA "TREDUEKS" (reg. No. 43603088454).
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
Exception for hygiene reasons
In accordance with the exceptions set out in paragraph 22 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts", the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods whose packaging the consumer has opened and which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons. Lingerie is delivered hygienically packed, with a protective film and attached labels. If the protective film has been removed or damaged, or the labels have been removed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the item concerned.
The item may be tried on over your own underwear without removing the protective film and labels.
How to withdraw from a purchase
- Within 14 days of receiving the goods, send a notice of withdrawal to tredueks@gmail.com. You can use the form below.
- We will promptly confirm receipt of your notice by sending a message to your email address.
- No later than 14 days after sending the notice, return the goods – in person at our store at Dārza iela 20, Bauska, or via an Omniva parcel locker to the Pionieru iela 2, Bauska (RIMI) parcel locker.
Condition of the goods
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all labels attached and the protective film intact, together with the proof of purchase. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If the goods are incomplete, damaged or improperly packed, the Seller has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded or to refuse to accept the goods.
Costs and refund
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer. The Seller refunds all payments received from the Buyer, including the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered, no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent, using the same means of payment used for the purchase. If the Buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest one offered, the additional delivery costs are not refunded.
Damaged or non-conforming goods
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract for two years from the delivery of the goods. If the lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year, it is presumed to have existed on the day the goods were delivered. A claim must be submitted within two months of discovering the lack of conformity, by writing to tredueks@gmail.com and attaching the proof of purchase. We provide a written reply within 15 working days. In this case, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Seller.

Disputes
If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv) or to a court.
